In Australia under model WHS laws, businesses and organisations must manage the health and safety risks of workplace violence and aggression.

In the USA, there are different laws and regulations that apply to workplace violence and aggression. Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act), requires employers to provide a safe and healthful workplace for their workers and comply with occupational safety and health standards issued by OSHA. Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing starts at $3 per user per month. Please submit an enquiry and a wihkum representative will be in-touch to discuss specific pricing for your school.

To pinpoint and alert the closest trained Responders, wihkum needs to periodically monitor location of users.

Absolutely not! No one has access to your location unless you activate the app for Help. Once activated, trained staff will be notified of your location so that Help can be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Absolutely not! Our only revenue stream is from subscription fees associated to wihkum.

Custom operating schedules can be created based on staffing times or trading hours. If weekends are not required, then Saturday and Sunday can be excluded. wihkum will allow support staff such as gardeners and cleaners to call for help 24/7 due to their typical ad-hoc working hours.

Any smart phone that is currently supported by Apple or Android platforms.

The closest nominated staff that are trained to respond will be notified by either phone call, push notification or email.

Holiday schedules can be created to disable help, lockdown and evacuate functions.

Only Master staff have access to the Lockdown and Evacuate buttons.

The app uses about 3 to 5 MB per month. For comparison an average MP3 music file is 3 MB.

wihkum uses a sophisticated algorithm to determine when we should update location in the background. Typical daily battery utilisation will range between 3% - 8% depending on movement.
